Idol Solutions is a Melbourne IT company that works only with schools. Not schools plus a few offices on the side. Schools, full stop. Why we only do schools
Most IT providers treat education as one industry among many. We went the other way and made it the only one. It means our people have spent their time in staffrooms, server cupboards and classrooms, not learning a school from scratch on your time. It means when we talk about a term calendar, exam-week downtime, student data or a budget that gets questioned line by line, we're speaking from experience rather than a brochure. Specialising costs us the work we turn away. It's worth it, because it's the reason schools keep coming back.

The credentials behind it
We've supported Melbourne schools since 2015, and we've been a Department of Education supplier since 2016. We're a licensed labour hire provider, Labour Hire Authority licence VICLHL09543, and a Microsoft partner. We're based in South Kingsville and work with schools right across Melbourne. How we work
We help schools two ways: managing their IT, or placing the IT people they need. Government schools engage us through the Department of Education panel; Catholic and independent schools can engage us directly. Either way, the focus stays the same.
