Specialist school IT staff, placed fast

When a school needs IT people, it usually needs them now, and it needs people who already understand how a school works. That's what we do. We place qualified IT staff into Melbourne schools on a permanent, temporary or project basis, and every one of them has worked in education. No general-agency learning curve, no sending a corporate help-desk tech into a Year 7 classroom and hoping for the best.

A school IT person isn't a generic IT contractor

A school runs differently from an office, and so does its technology: managed devices for hundreds of students, a network that has to hold up during exams, interactive panels in every room, and real obligations around student data. Someone who's only ever worked in corporate IT walks into that cold. The people we place don't.

When your regular technician goes on leave, we can put a replacement in the same way a school books a good CRT to cover a teacher; they pick it up fast, the day keeps running, and the students barely notice the change.

How it works

  1. 1

    Tell us what you need

Tell us the role, the timeframe and the must-haves.

  2. 2

    Review matched candidates

We put forward people who fit, with no obligation, and you sign off before anyone starts.

  3. 3

    Start with confidence

For short-notice cover we move quickly, often within days. For permanent roles we take the time to get the fit right. Either way, you stay in control of who works in your school.

Qualified, checked and compliant

We're a licensed labour hire provider, Labour Hire Authority licence VICLHL09543, and we're on the Victorian Department of Education supplier panel. Everyone we place meets the experience bar for school environments and holds the checks a school requires.

Government schools engage us through the DoE panel; Catholic and independent schools can engage us directly.
