School IT technicians who know schools

The school IT technician is the person who keeps the day moving: the logins that work, the projector that turns on, the laptop trolley that's charged and ready, the teacher who can just get on with the lesson. It's a frontline role, and it goes far better when the person in it already understands a school.

What they handle

Day-to-day support for staff and students, device and laptop fleet management, classroom AV and interactive panels, printing, accounts and access, and the steady stream of small problems that become big ones if they're left alone.

Why ours are different

We only place technicians who've worked in education, so they're comfortable talking to a Year 3 class and a head of department in the same hour. They know the rhythm of a term, the pressure points like the start of the year and exam weeks, and the care that student data needs. A general help-desk tech can learn a school eventually. Ours start from there.
